The event which was held in hotel Marriott starting at 19 o’clock was attended by many friends, clients, associates and shareholders of the Bank.
Starting from 1996 to present day in 2016, throughout the past years the Bank experienced numerous successes and transformations, however what is most important is that today this event marks the 20 years of existence under the slogan We Progress Together!
The clients who have been with us from the very beginning are a proof of the excellent synergy, of our principles and strategy of work, as well as of the nurturing of long-term relations with them.
Special guest at the event was the internationally proven entrepreneur, the expert on public relations, the bestselling business author, Mr. Kosta Petrov, with his inspiring speech on the topic Leadership Through Phenomenal Customer Service in the New Digital Era.
Mr. Ivo Prokopiev, the majority shareholder in Alfa Finance Group, which is the owner of Capital Bank AD Skopje, also delivered an address at the event, and during his speech he presented the future trends in banking. He added that our mission is to be a Bank of entrepreneurs for entrepreneurs, and from this point of view he pointed out that there is no problem that we cannot understand and resolve.
The President of the Board of Directors, Mr. Igor Stojnev, in his address to the guests, conveyed the following message: Nurturing team values, we showed that there is no unsolvable problem, hopeless situation or any challenge for which we cannot offer an adequate response. The team spirit and the team strength are an enormous wealth which makes Capital Bank special.
